Shipping & Returns Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Any orders placed after 5:00pm EST will be processed the following business day.

Due to state-level rules and regulations, Squared does not ship product to the following states:

  • Alaska
  • Idaho
  • Washington

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All orders of $40 or more are eligible for free shipping. This minimum order amount must be met after any discounts or coupons and does not include taxes.  

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that will include a tracking number, which can be used to locate your shipment in real-time. Please allow 2-3 days for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us directly at info@letsgetsquared.com with your full name and order number, and we will address the issue within 48 hours of receiving your inquiry.

RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us directly at info@letsgetsquared.com and we will address your inquiry within 48 hours of receiving it.
